FIRS control. London has all rf agents of influence on its pencil.
Preamble. The UK authorities have announced that all individuals and companies working for the Russian state in the country will have to register on a special list that will appear in July.
Russia will enter the most "stringent" category of the Foreign Influence Registration System (FIRS), the kingdom's security minister Dan Jarvis told parliament.
This means that anyone entrusted by the Russian government or a related organisation with any activity in the UK must declare their work - otherwise they face five years in prison.
This will make rf the second country after Iran to be included in the category of states that pose, as Jarvis put it, a "serious threat to the national security" of the UK.
In short, it's serious. So I've dug up a rough named list of potential "victims" of the UK's Foreign Influence Registration Scheme (FIRS) - those who can be compulsorily registered as agents of Russian influence in the UK:
Marcus Papadopoulos - British publicist, often speaks for the Kremlin on RT, Sputnik and social media. Promotes narratives about "neo-Nazis" in Ukraine, justifies annexation of Crimea.
Richard Sakwa - Professor at the University of Kent, author of books denying rf aggression. He supports the idea of "Ukraine's neutrality" and regularly criticises NATO and the West.

He has filmed reports from occupied Donbass and "interviewed" captured Ukrainians.
John Laughland - British academic, has worked with MGIMO and pro-Kremlin structures. Often engages in pro-Russian rhetoric and justifies Putin's policies.
Andrew Murray - former adviser to Jeremy Corbyn, associated with left-wing movements. Supports ideas that coincide with the Kremlin's positions on Ukraine and NATO.
Alexander Mercouris - blogger, publicist for The Duran, actively justifies rf actions.
Jack Matlock - former US ambassador to the USSR, although not formally British, often engages in pro-Russian rhetoric in London.
Craig Murray - former British diplomat, has spoken in defence of russia on Syria, Ukraine, WikiLeaks. Frequently retweets and supports the Kremlin agenda.
George Galloway - leader of the Workers Party of Britain, known for anti-Western and pro-Russian rhetoric. He has often appeared on RT, justifies Russia's aggression, and accuses NATO of "provoking conflict"
Chris Williamson - former Labour MP, has been a frequent contributor to RT and has espoused anti-NATO and anti-Ukrainian narratives.
Neil Clarke - British commentator appearing on RT and other pro-Russian media.
Vanessa Bijli - "journalist", previously defended Assad, now repeats Kremlin propaganda.
Lord Triver Parkinson - a figure in old investigations into contacts between British peers and Kremlin funds. He promoted the interests of Russian investors in Parliament.
Richard Hanya - advisor on Eastern Europe in large investment structures, previously worked closely with Russians from "Rusnano" and "Skolkovo". Mentioned in the 2019 Chatham House report.
Natalia Naumkina is the urator of "Russian art" exhibitions in London and has received support from the Abramovich and Lebedev foundations. Promotes the ideas of the "Russian world
Vladimir Sergeyev - former head of the RIA Novosti office in London before the sanctions. After the official closure of the structure, he continues to conduct cultural and analytical work.

FIRS control. London has all rf agents of influence on its pencil.
Preamble. The UK authorities have announced that all individuals and companies working for the Russian state in the country will have to register on a special list that will appear in July.
Russia will enter the most "stringent" category of the Foreign Influence Registration System (FIRS), the kingdom's security minister Dan Jarvis told parliament.
This means that anyone entrusted by the Russian government or a related organisation with any activity in the UK must declare their work - otherwise they face five years in prison.
This will make rf the second country after Iran to be included in the category of states that pose, as Jarvis put it, a "serious threat to the national security" of the UK.
In short, it's serious. So I've dug up a rough named list of potential "victims" of the UK's Foreign Influence Registration Scheme (FIRS) - those who can be compulsorily registered as agents of Russian influence in the UK:
Marcus Papadopoulos - British publicist, often speaks for the Kremlin on RT, Sputnik and social media. Promotes narratives about "neo-Nazis" in Ukraine, justifies annexation of Crimea.

John Laughland - British academic, has worked with MGIMO and pro-Kremlin structures. Often engages in pro-Russian rhetoric and justifies Putin's policies.
Andrew Murray - former adviser to Jeremy Corbyn, associated with left-wing movements. Supports ideas that coincide with the Kremlin's positions on Ukraine and NATO.

George Galloway - leader of the Workers Party of Britain, known for anti-Western and pro-Russian rhetoric. He has often appeared on RT, justifies Russia's aggression, and accuses NATO of "provoking conflict"
Chris Williamson - former Labour MP, has been a frequent contributor to RT and has espoused anti-NATO and anti-Ukrainian narratives.
Neil Clarke - British commentator appearing on RT and other pro-Russian media.
Vanessa Bijli - "journalist", previously defended Assad, now repeats Kremlin propaganda.
Lord Triver Parkinson - a figure in old investigations into contacts between British peers and Kremlin funds. He promoted the interests of Russian investors in Parliament.
Richard Hanya - advisor on Eastern Europe in large investment structures, previously worked closely with Russians from "Rusnano" and "Skolkovo". Mentioned in the 2019 Chatham House report.
Natalia Naumkina is the urator of "Russian art" exhibitions in London and has received support from the Abramovich and Lebedev foundations. Promotes the ideas of the "Russian world
