Раніше правозахисники, українські посадові особи, а також міжнародні структури багаторазово вказували на злочинну депортацію з окупованих районів материкової України молоді до окупованого Криму, а також у росію.
Дані діти серед іншого злочинно використовувалися як знаряддя пропаганди агресора, щодо них велося цілеспрямоване обдурювання в дусі «російського світу», також батьки і представники дітей або не могли отримувати про них достовірну інформацію, або ж не могли евакуювати молодь з-під контролю агресора. .
6 лютого пропаганда загарбників розповсюдила заяву уповноваженої при президентові росії з прав дитини Марії Львової-Бєлової, яка незаконно прибула в окупований Крим і зустрілася там із злочинним Сергієм Аксьоновим. Львова-Бєлова анонсувала «проведення в Криму інтеграційної зміни», так званого «Післязавтра» для підлітків із окупованих районів материкової України, як чергове злочинне посягання на українських дітей.
При цьому прямо заявлено про те, що зі злочинно депортованими дітьми незаконно працюватимуть у рамках якоїсь «реабілітаційної програми психологічної допомоги», тобто фактично – займатимуться «промиванням мозку» з протиправним залученням «профільних фахівців», причому подібний практично геноцидний «формат буде запущений вперше».
При цьому злочинні заходи «Післязавтра» агресор проводив із депортованими українськими дітьми і в 2022 році, з відкритих джерел випливає їхня організація у жовтні в підмосковному Красногорську на базі «Литвинове»; до цього подібний незаконний захід був проведений у Туапсі, ще у 2022 році окупанти заявляли про ще одну «зміну», яка «пройде в Чечні в листопаді і носитиме військово-патріотичну спрямованість».
Як тоді заявляла та ж сама Львова-Бєлова, заходи «Післязавтра» 2022 року використовувалися агресором як злочинний «майданчик для відпрацювання та формування методичних матеріалів та програм», і тепер загарбники очевидно розпочнуть їхню реалізацію.

Lvova-Belova announced the “holding of an integration shift in Crimea”, the so-called “The Day After Tomorrow” for teenagers from the occupied regions of mainland Ukraine, as another criminal attack on Ukrainian children.
