Пов’язані з Кримом російські агенти впливу не змогли заблокувати фінансову допомогу Україні
На початку липня 2022 року російська пропаганда поширила заяви французького депутата Європейського парламенту Тьєррі Маріані, у яких той злочинно намагався «дискредитувати» допомогу Україні з боку Європейського Союзу, маніпулюючи тим що таке фінансування нібито має розраховуватися «залежно від спроможності» України «до повернення коштів».
Після звернення Маріані до органів ЄС бюджетний комітет Європейської комісії 6 липня тимчасово заблокував видачу кредиту Європейським інвестиційним банком, «побоюючись фінансової неспроможності України»
Описуючи ці діяння Маріані, наша Асоціація нагадувала, що він є відомим виконавцем волі російських спецслужб, неодноразово протиправно відвідував окупований Крим та системно робив відповідні антиукраїнські заяви.
Ми вже писали, що Маріані очевидно брав участь не лише в оплачених агресором періодичних візитах до окупованого Криму, а й у розкраданні партією Ле Пен коштів Євросоюзу, скандал про що нині трясе Францію.
Асоціація та інші експерти неодноразово висвітлювали подробиці протиправних візитів Маріані до Криму та його описаних експертами його зв’язків із міжнародною мафією у сфері торгівлі дітьми та педофілії.
Наразі Європейський Союз змінив власне рішення про блокування кредитної лінії для України. Як повідомив перший заступник голови Єврокомісії Валдіс Домбровскіс Рада Європейського Союзу схвалила виділення Україні нового макрофінансового кредиту в 1 мільярд євро.
Цей кредит надається Києву на додаток до 1,2 мільярду євро, уже виділених у березні й травні 2022 року, це перший транш із пакета макрофінансової допомоги на суму 9 мільярдів євро. Кошти макрофінансової допомоги спрямують на фінансування першочергових бюджетних потреб і на забезпечення фінансової стабільності в Україні.
Також 20 липням міжнародні кредитори погодилися відтермінувати виплати зовнішньої заборгованості Україною – з 1 серпня 2022 року до кінця 2023 року, з можливістю продовження на рік, а Верховний представник ЄС з іноземних справ Жозеп Борель заявив про виділення Європейським союзом ще 500 мільонів доларів на підтримку України.

Crimea-Linked Russian Influence Agents Were Unable to Block Financial Aid to Ukraine
At the beginning of July 2022, Russian propaganda spread the statements of the French member of the European Parliament, Thierry Mariani, in which he criminally tried to “discredit” the aid to Ukraine from the European Union, manipulating the fact that such funding should be calculated “depending on the capacity” of Ukraine “until the funds will be returned”.
After Mariani appealed to the EU authorities, the budget committee of the European Commission temporarily blocked the issuance of a loan by the European Investment Bank on July 6, “fearing the financial insolvency of Ukraine”.
Describing these Mariani actions, our Association reminded that he is a known executor of the will of the Russian special services, repeatedly illegally visited the occupied Crimea and systematically made relevant anti-Ukrainian statements.
We already wrote that Mariani apparently took part not only in periodic visits to occupied Crimea paid for by the aggressor, but also in the embezzlement of European Union funds by the Le Pen party, a scandal that is currently shaking France.
Our Association and other experts have repeatedly highlighted the details of Mariani’s illegal visits to the Crimea and his connections with the international mafia in the field of child trafficking and pedophilia, as described by experts.
Currently, the European Union has changed its decision to block the credit line for Ukraine. As it was reported by the First Deputy Chairman of the European Commission, Valdis Dombrovskis, the Council of the European Union approved the allocation of a new macro-financial loan of 1 billion euros to Ukraine.
This loan comes to Kyiv in addition to €1.2 billion already allocated in March and May 2022, and is the first tranche of a €9 billion macro-financial assistance package. Funds of macro-financial aid will be used to finance priority budgetary needs and ensure financial stability in Ukraine.
Also, on July 20, international creditors agreed to postpone payments of Ukraine’s foreign debt – from August 1, 2022 to the end of 2023, with the possibility of an extension for a year, and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs Josep Borel announced that the European Union would allocate another 500 million dollars to support Ukraine.
