У колишнього прем’єр-міністра АР Крим вилучене цінні артефакти

Як повідомляє 23 червня Державне бюро розслідувань (ДБР) колишнього народного депутата та водночас колишнього голову Ради Міністрів АР Крим Валерія Горбатова було викрито на фінансуванні терористичних організацій та крадіжці з Криму понад шості тисяч унікальних артефактів.
Згідно заяви ДБР Горбатов, які останні роки був помічений на посадах Федерації профспілок України, продовжував здійснювати бізнес-діяльність на окупованих територіях України та сплачував «податки» окупантам.
Правоохоронці заявляють, що колишній посадовець також привласнив культурну спадщину України, за попередньою інформацією, викрадену з музеїв АР Крим та куплену у «чорних археологів».
ДБР повідомляє, що Горбатов має тісні зв’язки з так званим «головою Криму» Сергієм Аксьоновим, з яким має спільний бізнес, а дружина Аксьонова надавала колаборанту довіреність на право користування її майном.
ДБР додає, що фірми, афільйовані з Валерієм Горбатовим, діють і в тимчасово окупованому Криму, при цьому бізнес Горбатова на окупованій частині України зареєстрований на його сина, племінника та інших довірених осіб. У сфері інтересів вказаних «підприємців» зокрема полягає нерухомість та агробізнес.
Дійсно, на сина колишнього депутата Юрія Горбатова у протиправній «юрисдикції» окупантів «зареєстроване» фірми «Крим-Балтіка» та «Уран», фірми з такими ж назвами зареєстровані на Горбатова в легальній українській юрисдикції.
Правоохоронці вказують, що за оперативними даними, колишній прем’єр-міністр АР Крим втік з Києва на окуповані території напередодні повномасштабної російської агресії.
У межах кримінального провадження та проведених обшуків в одному з офісних приміщень Києва, що належать Горбатову, виявлено понад 6 тисяч одиниць історичних та культурних цінностей.
Згідно з висновком експертів Національного музею історії України історичні артефакти належать епохам від бронзового віку до пізнього середньовіччя, та за попередніми даними, колекція коштує декілька мільйонів доларів.
Valuable Artifacts Were Confiscated from Former Prime Minister of AR of Crimea
According to the Ukraine’s State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) on June 23, the former People’s Deputy of Ukraine and at the same time the former Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the AR of Crimea Valery Gorbatov was exposed for financing terrorist organizations and stealing more than six thousand unique artifacts from the Crimea.
According to the statement of the State Bureau of Investigation, Gorbatov, who in recent years was seen in the positions of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine, continued to carry out business activities in the occupied territories of Ukraine and paid “taxes” to the Russian occupiers.
Law enforcers say that the former official also appropriated the cultural heritage of Ukraine, according to preliminary information, stolen from the museums of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and bought from “black archaeologists”.
The State Bureau of Investigation reports that Gorbatov has close ties with the so-called “Chairman of Crimea” Sergei Aksyonov, with whom he has a joint business, and Aksyonov’s wife provided the collaborator with a power of attorney for the right to use her property.
The SBI adds that firms affiliated with Valery Gorbatov also operate in the temporarily occupied Crimea, while Gorbatov’s business in the occupied part of Ukraine is registered to his son, nephew and other proxies. In the sphere of interests of these “entrepreneurs”, in particular, is real estate and agribusiness.
Indeed, in the illegal “jurisdiction” of the Russain occupiers, the firms “Crimea-Baltika” and “Uranus” are “registered” for the son of the former deputy Yuri Gorbatov, firms with the same names are registered for Gorbatov in the legal Ukrainian jurisdiction.
Law enforcers indicate that, according to operational data, the former Prime Minister of the AR of Crimea fled from Kyiv to the occupied territories on the eve of full-scale Russian aggression. As part of the criminal proceedings and searches conducted in one of Gorbatov’s office premises in Kyiv, more than 6,000 pieces of historical and cultural property were found.
According to experts from the National Museum of the History of Ukraine, the historical artifacts belong to the eras from the Bronze Age to the late Middle Ages, and according to preliminary data, the collection is worth several million dollars.
